A 6-month holistic wellness + mindbody experience where we unveil your gorgeous vitality, recalibrate your body's energy, tap into your heart's desires, and dive into true whole-person holistic wellness. This is for anyone who knows they are here for more. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, fatigue, brain fog, insomnia, digestion issues, thyroid or adrenal stress, or autoimmune concerns, you're welcome here. It's all about bringing YOUR body back into balance with personalized recommendations + community support.

We will bust through the myths and get you centered in an approach that will transform you from the inside out. It's not about punishing your body, but your ability to create a powerful structure and foundation that lead to you actually showing up for yourself.

  • A truly CUSTOMIZED APPROACH just for you. It's not about what works for Mary Sue or Bobbie Jo, but what works for your body & your life.

  • MINDSET shifts and work that actually works. This sets you up for the consistency that you need to accomplish your goals. This is NOT positive thinking, which does not work long-term. (Positive thinking alone without action is literally like lying to yourself over and over.)

  • An approach that addresses SELF-SABOTAGE from an empowered, strengths-based perspective that will actually help you STOP doing the sh/t that is messing with your goals!

It seems your friends have either sworn off either trying to get healthier or they're onto the next diet attempt (and you are so f/cking done with this because it doesn't work). Hi ... I am Shannon Stockwell, MS, PA-C

I am a clinically trained holistic medical practitioner and intuitive healer who has actually walked the walk of dis-ease and ill health. I have walked through the fire to get well and I'm still on my journey.


At one time, I was nearly 400 pounds with severe chronic pain/fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, IBS, out-of-control Hashimoto's autoimmune hypothyroidism, autoimmune gastritis/pernicious anemia. I received multiple iron infusions for severe anemia. I was on up to 9 prescription medications including pain pills, antidepressants, and anti-anxiety medications at one point.

I went to naturopaths, functional medicine doctors, conventional medicine doctors, and so on. I went to spirit healers, shamans, biomagnetic healers (I just made this term up, but some one did put strange electrodes all over my body), reflexologists, iridologists, acupuncturists, and on and on.

I imagine that I spent well over $50-100K trying to get well only to find out this: my body wasn't broken. She was asking for gentleness, understanding, and nervous system regulation. She was asking for me to see her struggles and meet her where she was. She was asking me to lay off the force, the coercion, the fixing. 

I spent YEARS trying to "fix" her, when really, she was waiting for me to understand her.

So ... now that you know that your body is not broken and doesn't need to be fixed, what is the answer?

It's this: reclaiming your radiance & vitality. It sounds easy, but in today's world of quick fixes that leave us feeling disappointed, it takes relearning what you and your beautiful body needs. It also takes uncovering who you came here to be. You are a whole human, after all. 

With Reclaiming Radiance 1 : 1 + community experience, you will ...

  • Remember who you are at your core and remove the conditioning and programming from society, culture, and our families that permeate our view of ourselves. We will remember our truest essence and our deepest desires.

  • Repair your relationship with your body, your feminine essence, and food. Women, more than ever, want to be able to lean back and relax into their bodies. We are EXHAUSTED by all the doing, doing, doing. But the way we've been living is out of alignment with our body's needs to allow us to experience this ease. We often can't hear our own voices over the noise of diet culture and this is a big problem because, as we know, diets don't work long-term.

  • Restore your vitality deep down in your cells. This isn't done by over-exercising or under-eating. This is done with intention, purpose, and reprogramming how your cells create and use energy. We do this by using targeted nutrients, foods, nervous system regulation, and mind-body connection. You won't be throwing darts in the dark anymore. Your program is bio-individual and personalized.

  • Regain your capacity for vibrancy and radiance, to shine brightly. In a world that tells us not to be too much or that we aren't doing enough, you will re-learn how to step into your power and shine brightly.

For something to "work," implies that something needs to be fixed. This is the medical model of viewing symptoms as a problem instead of communication from your wise body.


Here's the deal: your body isn't broken. She's doing the best she can. Together, we will rewire your nervous system, recalibrate your cells, and hear what she is trying to tell you. This is the way to true vitality and radiance.

Radiance is not something we create; it is something we unveil. It already exists within you. It's just covered up by programming, bad habits, and conditioning we have lived with for decades. It's times for a personalized approach + community. We don't heal our bodies, hearts, and minds in isolation.

Reclaiming Radiance includes so much goodness!

  • A 30-minute 1:1 call with Shannon early in the program to review your health history and your specific goals. You will receive a hair tissue mineral analysis included in the package. Shannon will be making specific lab recommendations for you to discuss with your primary care provider or she may order them for you if needed.

  • Your results from the hair mineral analysis and labs will be recorded via Zoom so you can have your results available to review as many times as possible. No overwhelm!

  • Customized supplementation/nutrient regimen for you, based on your testing, also reviewed via Zoom.

  • Kickoff call on June 20 at 7pm ET/4pm PT for all pods! We will gather together and state our intentions!

  • Group coaching every other week via small pod groups of 5 women. These start the week of June 18. Pods are assigned first come, first served basis for preferred times. There will be weekend/evening times available. Call last 60 minutes and start with getting into our bodies. Then each participant has up to 10 minutes for 1:1 coaching during the call. What you desire to have coaching on can range from life to nutrition to stress management to whatever you desire! The range of topics will be WIDE because true medicine includes ALL PARTS of you.

  • A second 30-minute 1:1 wrap-up call with Shannon where we discuss your progress and next steps in your wellness journey.

  • Monthly reflection community call the first Sunday of each month (starting July 2) - don't worry if you miss it! It will be recorded. It's an hour where all of my clients are welcome to reflect on their preceding month, tap into their desires, and set intentions for the upcoming month. 

  • Weekly intuitive messages via text, designed to bring you back into your body and your desires & intentions. These start in July.

  • Finally, you will receive access to Shannon's "Elementals: Holistic Foundations" course that dives into what's important, what's not, and helps remove the confusion surrounding true holistic health. It's built on the principles of nervous system regulation and nourishment as every part of our lives. No overwhelm and long lists of rules that paralyze you. Videos/audios will be no more than 5 minutes long so that you can use them in a way that feels good to you.

  • Is this in-person or virtual? All 1:1 calls will be held via Doxy or Zoom and all group coaching calls will be held via Zoom.

  • Do I have be on camera? As someone who sometimes prefers no camera on when I'm in groups, I respect your desire if you need to leave your camera off when you are not being coached. The only thing Shannon asks is that you ensure other participant's privacy. This means not sharing your sound or screen with others not in the group.

  • What will the small group pod calls involve? They occur twice monthly and are 60 minutes long and each pod member has the opportunity for 10 minutes of coaching with Shannon. Yes, others are watching...but here's the thing. You will absolutely start to think differently as you see Shannon coaching others. This is also a beautiful opportunity to allow yourself to be supported. Healing doesn't happen in isolation. It happens in community.

  • Are the coaching calls recorded? Yes! If you are unable to attend, you can watch the replay if you desire.

  • What time will the small group pod calls be held? There will be four options, first-come, first-served. The options are:

    • Tuesdays at 10am ET/7am PT​

    • Wednesdays at 4pm ET/1pm PT

    • Wednesdays at 7pm ET/4pm PT

    • Sundays at 11am ET/8am PT

  • Can I join the program if I'm outside the state of Michigan? Yes! Shannon works with people from all over the USA. Some details regarding this:

    • Within the state of Michigan, bloodwork may sometimes be ordered through insurance (this is up to you to figure out if your insurance covers it).

    • If you are in New York, you cannot mail your hair sample directly to the lab (there are workarounds).

    • If you are in New York or New Jersey, Shannon cannot directly order bloodwork for you but can provide you with a list of recommended labs for you to obtain from your PCP.

  • How much does bloodwork cost? If ordered through insurance (in Michigan), that is dependent upon your deductible and out-of-pocket expenses; in all states (excluding New York & New Jersey), we can order cash pay labs that range from $100-$500, depending on how much bloodwork we choose to do. You are always at liberty to take a list of recommended labs to your PCP.

  • How does Shannon provide my results and recommendations? Get ready for really exciting news! Shannon records your results & recommendations in Zoom using screensharing so she can guide you through them step-by-step. You will have this recording forever as long as you save it. Over the years, Shannon has found this to be the ultimate way for clients to absorb their information without overwhelm. Then you can use your coaching calls for questions if you desire.

  • Is any of this covered by insurance? Shannon does not take insurance. If your primary care provider write a prescription for "wellness coaching" with a diagnosis of a specified chronic illness (hypertension, chronic pain, diabetes, hypothyroidism, etc), you may be able to use your HSA/FSA funds. Please check with your HSA/FSA provider to see if wellness coaching is covered.

  • What if I need additional testing? This current program includes review of bloodwork & hair mineral testing and does not include additional testing. If additional functional medicine testing is needed, you will need to schedule additional sessions with Shannon for review.

  • How long does the program run? The program runs from June 20 through December 9. It is approximately six months in length.

  • How long do I have to use my 1:1 sessions? You have until December 16 to schedule all of your sessions. After this, you forfeit your 1:1 sessions. Don't worry! You'll do it! You'll schedule the first one as soon as you can and the second one sometime last November/early December. Any bonus sessions need to be used by December 16.

  • What will the monthly community calls involve? Every first Sunday of the month, all of Shannon's clients are invited to the community calls where Shannon will talk briefly about a pertinent topic, you will review your prior month and where you landed with your prior intentions, and you will set new intentions. The calls start at 1pm ET/10am PT each first Sunday of the month beginning in July. They last approximately 1 hour. You may attend with your camera off if you desire.

  • Can Shannon be my primary care provider? No, Shannon does not provide primary care services. She specializes in holistic mindbody medicine. You must continue your relationship with your primary care provider.
