Health is so much more than a never-ending to-do list. It should include all facets of our human experience: body-mind-spirit and it should allow us to feel fully alive, not create more stress.

Our bodies are capable of what many would call miracles. I believe many medical issues that are deemed permanent are actually reversible or able to be put into remission - or at least able to massively reduce symptoms when you know how to support your body.

That no matter what size body you are in, you deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. As someone who has lost 130+ pounds, I have endured my fair share of medical trauma and it wasn't pretty. It was actually pretty painful.
