Our work together is sacred to me. It's important that we understand our agreements and responsibilities.
1 / All sales are final. You are responsible for using your sessions within the specified timeframe of your package.
By signing up for any package, you are agreeing to a no-refunds policy whether you use your sessions or not.

If you are in a payment plan, all payment plans are expected to be made on time.​ Please contact support@shannonstockwell.com if financial duress arises. ​

Package sessions not used by a specified timeframe will be lost unless other arrangements are made with Shannon.

There are no refunds on professional fees (rendered or prepaid), supplements, courses, retreat payments, or masterclasses.
2 / Wellness and Medicine services
By working with Shannon, you understand that you are entering into a wellness relationship. Shannon is not a primary care provider (PCP) in any aspect and you should have/retain your own PCP.
Outside the state of Michigan, Shannon cannot diagnose or treat diseases as a medical provider. She can make recommendations for you to discuss with your local providers. You are responsible for seeking local care and by working with Shannon, you agree that you will take full responsibility for your healthcare.
Partial exception: In the state of Michigan, Shannon is able to practice medicine as a licensed physician assistant and may prescribe (mutually agreed upon) medications and this will require regular follow-up. If you do not follow-up, medications cannot be prescribed. Note: you still need to maintain your relationship with your primary care provider (PCP).

Appointment rescheduling needs to be done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit and should be done through Acuity with the email you received upon appointment confirmation or with the link in your calendar invite. Appointments canceled within the 24 hour window are subject to a rescheduling fee of the full cost of the visit. Emergency cases will be taken on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@shannonstockwell.com in the event of emergency rescheduling.
3 / Programs/Courses
When purchasing a course or program, you understand that you are exchanging money for Shannon's approach to wellness and as such, her proprietary knowledge. She has decades of experience, education, and training.​​ Due to the nature of this work, there are no refunds on courses or programs and all payment plans must be made.
4 / Mutual fit/feedback/rupture
More than anything, please know that open communication is valuable for our working relationship. Feedback is always welcome. Please email support@shannonstockwell.com. If you feel your concern is deeper than a brief email, please ask Shannon for a complimentary call to discuss outside of your existing package.

Group programs of 6 months or less are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

If you are in a longer than 6 month commitment such as a 1:1 program or Sustainable Miracles and find that the program is not meeting your needs, please discuss with Shannon. Arrangements may be made to transfer your program to something better suited for you.​

With deep work in something as sensitive as your wellness, there is a very small chance of relationship rupture. Please come to Shannon and discuss your concerns. She is happy to offer you an additional session so as not to take away from your regularly scheduled sessions. Shannon views your work together as a partnership, but understands the humanness of each party. In Shannon's experience, almost all ruptures can be repaired with open hearts and a willingness to speak your honest truth.

In the unforeseen rare situation where there is irreparable rupture, where trust is irrevocably broken, or the relationship completely unravels, on one or both sides, the relationship may be ended by one or both parties. No refunds will be given to any payments paid, but if you are in a greater than 6+ month container (like Sustainable Miracles) and have paid in full, you may request or will be offered a 50% refund on the balance of unused months.

With something as sensitive and personal as wellness, there are no guarantees. Shannon will do her best to serve you in the deepest way. Please ask for what you need or let her know if something isn't landing in a way that you understand. She is here to accommodate you!
6 / Retreat Terms & Conditions
Retreat dates and times are clearly specified upon scheduling. Unless otherwise specified, all retreats include afternoon/evening check-in, lodging for all nights, events/excursion costs, and food and beverage costs. In general, you are responsible for travel to the retreat venue and home from the retreat venue.
For retreats, there are no refunds at any time for any reason and that all payments must be paid if you select a payment plan option. If an unforeseen situation arises and you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another woman of my own choosing who is a good fit for the retreat (phone screening conducted by Shannon Stockwell).
It is STRONGLY encouraged that you obtain travel insurance to cover the cost of your travel and retreat attendance.
Unless otherwise specified, retreats do not involve holistic medicine/wellness services provided by Shannon.
